You said both 15 x 5 and 15 x 6, so I'm not sure which one you are going to, but I'll go over the options for you. First, keep in mind that the general rule of thumb is you want at least 3" of clearance from the top of the tire to your fender and at least 1" of clearance between the inside of the tire and your trailer's frame rail.
So having said that, the largest tire for a 15 x 5 wheel is a size ST205/75R15 and the largest for a 15 x 6 is a ST225/75R15:

There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us exactly what your trailer has so we'll first need to check the axle capacity to determine the correct replacement brake assemblies. If you look at the axle tube there should be a sticker that lists the capacity of the axle. If your sticker is missing then you can also remove the hub and measure the diameter and depth of the assembly as pictured below.

Thanks for all that great information and we do have the brakes, tires, and wheels you need, though I looked up the axle from the part number you gave, and that is a torsion axle which we do not carry, unfortunately. Also, in regards to trailer axles by themselves, it is more cost-effective to contact your local dealer than ordering an axle and having it shipped, unless you planned on doing the install yourself.

Hello Bill, the Reese Weight Distribution System w Shank - Round Bar part # RP65509 does come with a shank with a maximum drop of 1-1/4" from top of hitch receiver opening. It sounds like you need a shank with more drop to accommodate for the height difference when towing with the Ford Ranger. We sell mirrors that will fit on your 2015 Audi Q7 but none of what we carry are a custom fit. I've used every universal towing mirror and they are just as secure as the custom fit mirrors, but they don't look as OEM. I would use the Cipa Universal Towing Mirror # CM11952-2 because they will fit and give you a bigger mirror with more adjustments then the custom type mirror # CM11401.

The mounting holes on the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 are not going to line up with the ones from your existing stabilizer jacks. You should expect to drill new holes when installing. Also, I recommend leaving your current jacks in place if possible so you have the option to use them for additional stability.
